Fun facts.
Since you found one of the Easter eggs, here are some fun facts about me:
- I love bouldering, a form of rock climbing that focuses on short, powerful climbs without ropes. I do this at least four times a week, and even placed 5th in the Netherlands Youth Championships.
- I also enjoy cycling, and ride my road bike whenever I can. To the climbing gym, to university, or just when the weather is nice.
- I'm absolutely obsessed with chocolate-chip cookies; the fresher, the better.
- I played football for seven years, but today I'm not a fan of the sport anymore. I don't even follow how PSV (Eindhoven's football club) is doing.
About me.
I'm Ties, and as you can probably tell by this site's clean aesthetic, I believe the best solutions are the simplest ones. I enjoy building software that functions reliably and feels simple, even when the underlying problem is complex.
That mindset, combined with a love for focus, creative problem-solving and doing things well, carries through in everything I do: from sketching product ideas on paper with friends, to automating the boring parts of life, to optimizing my training for boulderingRock climbing without ropes..
Currently.
I'm currently studying Computer Science and Engineering at TU/eEindhoven University of Technology., while learning everything about algorithm design and competitive programming on the side.
